1) Shipping costs and shipping information

1.1 Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be handled by Deutsche Post AG or DHL. Shipping costs can be found in the tables below.

Should you wish to have your order shipped to a different country, please email us at service@ereignisverlag.de before placing your order. Please include the item name, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country and, if delivery to your address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs. We need to check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

1.2 Shipping within Germany

Our shipping costs depend on weight; you can see the shipping weight on the details page of each item. We ship packages up to a maximum weight of 5 kg.

• Packages up to 0.5 kg: €2.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 2 kg: €4.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 1 kg: €3.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 5 kg: €6.00 shipping costs.

1.3 Shipping outside Germany within the EU

Our shipping costs depend on weight; you can see the shipping weight on the details page of each item. We ship packages up to a maximum weight of 5 kg.

• Packages up to 1 kg: €5.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 2 kg: €8.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 5 kg: €16.00 shipping costs.

1.4 Shipping outside the EU within Europe

We deliver to the following countries:
Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland.

Our shipping costs depend on weight; you can see the shipping weight on the details page of each item. We ship packages up to a maximum weight of 5 kg.

• Packages up to 1 kg: €8.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 2 kg: €13.00 shipping costs;
• Packages up to 5 kg: €27.00 shipping costs.

2) Payment information

2.1 Shipping within Germany

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

• The invoice
  You pay the invoice amount after receiving the goods and the invoice by bank transfer to the bank account of Runge Verlagsauslieferung GmbH.
• prepayment
  For advance payment, Runge Verlagsauslieferung GmbH will send you bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

2.2 Shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

• The invoice
  Please understand that this payment method is not available for first-time orders with a value exceeding 80 EUR.
  You pay the invoice amount after receiving the goods and the invoice by bank transfer to the bank account of Runge Verlagsauslieferung GmbH.
• prepayment
  For first-time orders with a value exceeding 80 EUR, we request prepayment.
  For advance payment, Runge Verlagsauslieferung GmbH will send you bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
